Fundraising Campaign Underway for Neilson Fieldhouse Renovation

Thanks to a generous kickstart donation from the George W. Neilson Foundation and the support of the City of Bemidji, BISC has secured a long-term lease and the process of renovating the arena is underway. The Neilson Fieldhouse will feature artificial turf, retractable batting cages, a walking track, updated locker rooms and workout spaces, a handicap-accessible lift, and more. This facility will provide year-round training and competition space for our youth sports organizations, while also being available for rent to other area sports groups, community organizations, and the public.

However, to fully realize our vision and ensure the long-term success of the Neilson Fieldhouse, we need the support of local businesses like yours. While the initial donation covers a significant portion of the renovation, additional sponsorships and donations are essential to complete the project and sustain ongoing operations and maintenance.
